There is a possibility that little Alex in dialysis will be receiving a kidney transplant. Pray that both he and the donor will stay healthy.

I Corinthians 13:7 says that love (not faith) believes all things. That chapter also says that love bears all things, hopes all things and endures all things.

If I want more faith I need to pray for more love. I discovered that when I feel loved, I feel like loving. Faith comes by hearing and I will listen to what I love.

Faith is mysterious. It can remove physical disease, heal a marriage and remove doubt. Faith can be used to fight evil and even death. Luke 22:42 says, “Not my will but thine be done.” It is in loving God that I will grow in faith. “Faith comes by hearing the Word of God” and that tells me that the more I love Him the more I will read His Word.

The story is told of the 2800 foot long Tacoma Natural bridge that collapsed in 1940 due to a tremendously strong wind. Photographs showed that the trees around the bridge bent and swayed but did not fall. That is what love is like. It may bend but it will never break because “God is love”.

I need to love God and watch my faith grow.
