The best is yet to come #2

We had a long but uneventful day with both my knee & my back holding up well.Tony & Vanessa took us to the airport at 3am. Kate picked up Josue’ in Houston and Malcolm picked Dottie & me up in Lake Charles. Our son, Chad, & my secretary, Debbie, took us to dinner. We will sleep well tonight & have a busy schedule tomorrow.

Our granddaughter, Natasha, with her birthday cake. She is 2!

Yesterday I gave you four examples of “the best is yet to come”. They were the Fall, Noah & the flood, Abraham & his generations and Jesus telling the disciples of His coming kingdom.

Fifth, while on the cross people saw Him die but the best was yet to come.                                                          Sixth, Paul had a desire to die and be with Jesus but was waiting to wait and know that the best was yet to come.

Seventh, at the end of our race on earth there is a crown so the best is yet to come.                                         Eighth, the knowledge that our bodies shall be resurrected assures me that the best is yet to come.

This is what faith is all about. It is the knowledge that the best is yet to come. One day my back will not hurt because the best is yet to come.

One day my mind will no longer worry and fear because the best is yet to come.

There are some negatives which I will share tomorrow.
