I slept last night. Worry is unnecessary because of our heavenly Father. For me to worry is foolish. Matthew 6 says birds stay busy & the Lord provides. Our staff stays busy so I know Jesus will provide. Have you ever heard a bird say, “I am going to build a bigger nest”? If our staff is faithful to use what God provides then I know that God will bring our finances back up to match the rising costs.

We received 7 new children including the new 6 year old in dialysis.

VBS activities are always special so this has been a good week for the children. Today was slip and slide water activities.

Edmund Burke said, “All that is necessary for the triumph of evil is for good men to do nothing”. When we look at the sins that now consume our world that were just sees 60 years ago when I was a teenager it is easy to understand that what Burke said is certainly true.

The opposite of love is not hate, it is indifference. Simply stated, we do not care. I do not know if the world needs to love again.

Do you remember the story of Naboth who owned a little piece of property which King Ahab wanted. He pouted until he made himself ill so his wife Jezebel simply had Naboth killed and she gave the land to her husband. Did you ever wonder where Naboth’s friends and neighbors were? They did nothing!
