Emmanuel’s surgery went well. He will have a slow road to recovery. Next week we will have the surgery for Bryan & hopefully Mario also before I leave for the states.

I fell yesterday & although I was fine my physician texted 6 times to see if I was ok. He is a throwback to the physicians of the arly part of the 20th century.

We celebrated Quique’s 16th birthday. His mother died giving birth to him & he has lived in our house all of these years.

As we continue to look at the principles of Biblical success #8 is PRAYER. You can see that the principles I am sharing are not in order of importance. If you do not pray BEFORE making decisions it is truly goofy to pray after making the decision.  I Thessalonians 5:17 “Pray without ceasing”. There is no doubt but that we should be in a constant state of prayer. Ready to go into spiritual warfare immediately.

Another sure-fire principle is NEVER QUIT! My favorite story of perseverance is when Winston Churchhill was asked to speak at  university graduation and his speech “Never, never, never, never, never give up”.

Christians should be bulldogs. You grab hold and just hang on until the victory comes through the Lord Jesus Christ.
