Relaxing

We are still having heavy rains.

Never say “Why did this happen TO me?” but say “Why did this happen FOR me?”. It is rough to see Dottie suffering so much, but she NEVER complains. So I need to understand what God is doing FOR us to understand and grow.

One of the teenage boys came and laid hands on me and prayed for our health. It was sweet and humbling.

Father God You are RADIANT. This means that God is filled with light; to glow and beam with brightness. That which is brilliant, luminous and lustrous. Radiance is a reflection of His pure light, holiness, glory and beauty. Psalm 34:5: “Those who look to Him are radiant; their faces are never covered wit shame.” Turning our eyes towards God replaces guilt and fear with inner joy, peace and boldness.
