Our 50th

February 10, 2013. We are 70 years old in this photo.
The Oklahoma team worked on the renovation of Doncella dorm. They are painting baseboards. Some of the team worked wrapping Christmas gifts.
A Texas team arrived Thursday and I wanted to give them my testimony but I was in too much pain. I guess it is time to get x-rays.
“The joy of the Lord” is a deep, abiding delight and confidence rooted in God´s character and promises, rather than temporary happiness based on outward circumstances. Nehemiah 8:10 says “The joy of the Lord is your strength.” The word for strength often implies a refuge or a stronghold. This means that this joy acts as a spiritual fortress during difficult times. Ephesians 5.1-2 tells us to walk in love.
