Today I will preach on 6 essential relationships. Relation to God´s Word, to the world, to authority, to God´s plan, to God Himself and to the glory of God. I have not preached this in over 40 years.

The Word is the same in 2026 as it was in 1984.

God cannot and will not change. As our awareness of God´s faithfulness increases our recognition of His peace grows. Psalm 46:1-2 says, “God is our refuge and our strength, always ready to help in times of trouble. So we will not fear, even if earthquakes come and mountains crumble into the sea.” When God speaks of faithfulness in scripture, He is simply declaring that He will honor His promises in His Word. No day will be too dark and no night too long. There is no need for us to toss and turn and stay awake.
