A team from Louisiana had folks on it from Bunkie my hometown. It was such a blessing to talk with them about two of my friends, Charles and Oliver. Great memories!

I preached on poverty and what God tells us about helping the poor. I wanted to emphasize that although their families were poor these young people can get an education, have a good job and help their parents get out of poverty.

Life changes in a second. Do not waste it on what you cannot control. For two years since Mami got sick I have not slept a full night. But God has blessed me as I have had 2 nights in a row of sound sleep. This is an area you can pray for us.

I cannot imagine how many times I have given my testimony. It is hundreds of times. But I never get tired of sharing what God has done.

God´s love is known as Agape love which is a profound, unconditional, and sacrificial love that seeks the highest good in others. It is perfectly patient kind and forgiving. God´s love is power. It can unite, heal and soothe as well as create a climate of joy and peace. God´s love touches every aspect of our lives. AW Tozer said, “Love wills the good of all and never wills harm or evil to anyone.” John, the Apostle said: “There is no fear in love, but perfect love casteth out fear.” Nothing in the entire universe can become an object of fear if we are filled with God for God is love.
