Granddaughter

Meet Valentina our latest grand child.

Last night beginning at 3am Dottie was in tremendous pain prayed and wrestled from then to when Quique came to help me. However, by 7:30 am she was ok and her happy self.

I am so weak in my back that wrestling with her is impossible. It was  the most difficult since she became ill nearly 2 years ago.

We have 60 visitors on campus as the arrived from Maryland last night with Keaton.

The Alabama team bought uniforms with every child’s individual name as well as a nation so that there was a round robin of foot ball (soccer) all afternoon. The children and teens were so happy to have a shirt with their name and a country such as Argentina, Croatia, France and Guatemala and more. The noises of joy and sheer pleasure as they had the tournament was like years of old.

I am believing God that the population will continue to grow with younger children.

So, Sunday was wonderful as we also dedicated our most recent grandchild.

Continuing with the names of CHRIST we come CHRIST CRUCIFIED as found in     I Corinthians 1:23 “But we preach CHRIST CRUCIFIED, unto the Jews a stumbling block and unto the Greeks foolishness.”

That this Messiah would die on a cross like a common criminal was something they felt was an unacceptable” and prevented them from Jesus being the Messiah. A crucified Savior who died in our place to set us free from bondage to sin is still a foreign concept to many people. He could not live up to the expectations I spoke ofyesterday. He was a Messiah in a spiritual sense. He had been sent to teach about the Kingdom of God, to heal it is the gift of God.
