Dottie´s father

One of the last photos of Dottie with her father. Nearly 30 years ago. He was the most Godly man I have ever known. He led me to the Lord when I was 18.

Adela put me through a very hard workout. But I am doing better. Another thing that Adela does for us is pedicures. She is such a loving daughter and will do anything to make sure Dottie and I are comfortable. One of these days the Lord will bring a Godly man into her life.

Although most of the older children have left there is still a strong togetherness.

Cindy Biddy is coming back to Casa for an extended stay. The older boys have a real deep relationship with her.

Makko is such a Bible student that each week he gives Bible studies to each age group. The children really love him.

REDEEMER is the name of God that reflects the Old Testament concept of the kinsman redeemer. “In a little wrath I hid my face from thee for a moment; but with everlasting kindness will I have mercy on thee, saith the Lord thy REDEEMER. (Isaiah 54:8). When a person was in trouble their nearest relative was expected to come to their rescue. The story of Boaz and Ruth illustrates how that was done. Isaiah declares that God is the ultimate Redeemer who will come to our rescue. Job 19:25, “I know that my Redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth.” In Isaiah 49:7, God is referred to as “THE REDEEMER OF ISRAEL”.
