Christmas

Vencedores made this.
Family visitation went well and the parents as well as the staff was impressed with all the artwork of the children.
We were presented with a musical concert. The children love to perform and to see their friends perform.
he staff celebrated the birthdays of the children born in December. This means steak, ice cream and cake for all of the children.
Habakkuk 3:17-18 says “Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labor of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the GOD OF MY SALVATION.” This passage is one of the most beautiful in the Bible. It is filled with agriculture imagery from the prophet’s time, crop failures and loss of life stock. In modern
Times we would say “Although the grocery money is gone, energy prices are rising, my mortgage payment jumped by $400 and I do not know were my next meal is coming from, I will rejoice in the Lord and continue to trust in the GOD OF MY SALVATION.”
