Pray for me

Melane and William came to tell us goodbye after 19 years at Casa.
I went to breakfast with my son, Orlando, as we prepare for the wedding this Monday. When he came here, he was 18 months and totally crippled. I was told that he would never walk. Patty was a teenager and she asked if she could have him. She cared for him for months and he began walking, graduated from the university and is the tech man for Casa.
In the years I was on radio and the years that I have typed these updates for you I have been very open with my emotions. So, I am asking for your prayers as I seem to have lost direction and walk in sadness for too often. Dottie and I buried our three natural born children and this exodus caused by the courts has the same feeling as we did when we lost our natural born children. Do not be sad for us, just pray that we can begin tom feel the joy of the Lord again.
Dottie´s illness just threw all my plans for our old age out the window. There are so few people I can communicate with who can feel my pain and emptiness.
I know this is completely opposite to what I should be feeling now in my twilight. I am a very weak Christian. Pray I recover.
The teenage girls returned from the retreat and the boys left for their retreat in El Estor.
We had turkey Thanksgivng dinner prepared by Adela.
Romans 8:2 says, “For the law of the SPIRIT OF LIFE in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.” Life in the Spirit gives us the power to live free from the law or principle of sin and death.” This does not mean that Christians will never experience death, because physical is the lot of every human being. Paul means that those who have accepted Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord are no longer in bondage to sin and death. Just as Jesus defeated death, He has promised that all believers will have and enjoy eternal life with Him.
