The late Dr. Hines made such a tremendous impact on Casa.

There are so many activities related to the graduates and preparation for the 15-year-old girls.

There is a pastor from FBS Sterlington, Louisiana with the Ruston team. Cook Baptist has sponsored Casa for 30 years. The Cook team went to Antigua today.

Everyone is preparing for graduation on Friday and the Quinceaneras girls on Saturday. For the first time in 35 years I will not participate directly (my decision) as I just want to sit with Dottie and relive all that God has done through the years.

Having adopted 9 children, I love this next name of the Holy Spirit. He is called SPIRIT of ADOPTION. Romans 8:15, “For you have not received the Spirit of BONDAGE again to fear; but you have received the SPIRIT OF ADOPTION, whereby we cry ABBA FATHER.

The verse compares our circumstances before we are saved. Our old life is compared to that of a slave in bondage, with no rights or privileges. Just like my children were born into another family but Adopted into His family gives us all the privileges of a new name and family. The Holy Spirit is a constant reminder that we no longer are of this world but adopted into a heavenly family and heavenly world.
