Brothers

This is the last time Dottie saw her brothers and since she cannot travel it is possible she won´t see them on this side of eternity. She and I just cannot travel with her paralysis.

This is the time of the year when all the students from grade school through university hopefully get excited about finishing all school projects and studying for finals.

We have no visitors and nothing special is happening, so it is a time for family.

Estela left for the states Tuesday.

We had a board meeting on line and there were good news to be shared.

Larry and Sue called so Sue could sing “Amazing Grace” with Dottie. Colton began a men´s Bible study for each Tuesday so we are excited.

DAYSPRING as a reference to Jesus is a biblical metaphor, most prominently in Zechariah´s prophecy in Luke 1:78, where it signifies Jesus as the “dawn” or “sunrise from on high” that brings divine light and hope to the world. The term, which comes from the archaic “day” and “spring” or source, refers to the metaphorical origin of the sun´s light, and thus symbolizes Jesus as the arrival of divine presence and redemption.

Luke 1:78 is a title for Jesus in the prophetic song of Zechariah, the father of John the Baptist. When Jesus was born it issued in a new era, the coming of God´s light and hope to people, and the arrival of the promised Messiah.
