Adela brought Dottie to our piano and sat her there. Dottie played notes, etc. and was smiling with joy. She began playing for First Baptist in Crossett, Ark when she was a young teenager. Although she is so ill and her mind is ebbing Dottie loves God and it was a precious time watching her make a joyful noise.

JOHN 16:7 says that another name for God the Holy Spirit. is COMFORTER. It says “Nevertheless I tell you the truth; It is expedient for you that I go away: for if I go not away, the Comforter will not come to you; but if I depart, I will send Him to you.

In 2 Corinthians 1:3-4 it calls God “Father of mercies and the God of all comfort”. God has compassion on those with real needs.

He explains in Psalms146:7-9. 1, He executes justice for the oppressed and 2. Food for the hungry. 3. The Lord sets the prisoner free. 4.The Lord opens the eyes of the blind. 5. The Lord lifts up those who are weighted down. 6. The Lord loves the righteous. 7. The Lord protects foreigners. 8. He sustains the fatherless and the widows.
