Rick and me.
Adela informed me that I jumped the gun as to when she will leave. It will be after the holidays. I hope she stays forever but that is not possile. Even though I jumped the gun you still know to pray for us.
It appears each month passes so rapidly. Dottie and I are in our 82nd year of life and 63rd year of marriage. We have had disappointments and pain but also great joy and healing. My heart breaks for Dottie´s pain but it also rejoices at the decades of love and service.
She has mothered thousands and even though she cannot walk or do much else each time a child of any age comes into her room her joy is wonderful, and her compassion is without equal. She is loved by so many and has gained the respect of more folks than I can count.
Rick and David´s team left this morning. They were here only 3 days for an update as to what Casa has done and what we need to do.
Another name for Jesus is BRIDEGROOM found in Matthew 9:15. “And Jesus said to them, Can the children of the bridechamber mourn, as long as the BRIDEGROOM is with them? But the days will come, when the BRIDEGROOM shall be taken from them and then they shall fast.”
The Holy Spirit views Christ´s sacrifice as a divine wedding covenant between God and humanity, fulfilling ancient Jewish prophecies of marriage. The church is seen as the new bride, a union cemented by Christ´s sacrificial love and realized through His death, resurrection, and the promise of a future eternal marriage. The church is the new bride of Christ.
