Jesus Praying

Sunday morning, today, I did preach on pleasing God. I want to give you the points I made in pleasing God. We please God when we love Him, Believe Him, Obey Him, Praise Him, Serve Him and when we are Prosperous. Prosperity does not mean rich, it means having what I need.

The tremors broke one of my picture frames and made a long crack in our hallway. The climate folks keep saying the rain is going to stop but is continues every few days with heavy downpours.

As dictated by the courts we continue to remove some children over 18. One way to please God is by praising Him.

Praising God involves expressing reverence, honor and thanks to God through actions, prayer and rituals, acknowledging God´s attributes and actions and maintaining a heart of gratitude.

Saturdat the church Fraternidad Christiana came and ministered as they do twice a month.

JEHOVAH SABAOTH translates to Lord of Hosts. Have you ever found yourself in a situation where you felt helpless and out of control? The name “Lord of Hosts” and is the most common name for God in the Old Testament. This means that “The Lord of Hosts” communicates that the Lord is Lord of all armies, in heaven and on earth. It implies God´s power, control, sovereignty and might over all things in heaven and on earth. There is not anything that is not under His control.  The prophet Haggai uses this name 15b times in his two short chapters. Haggai 2:4-5 says “Be strong. Work, for I am with you, declares the lord of Hosts, according to the covenant that I made with you when you came out of Egypt. My spirit reins in your midst. Fear not.”
