It was a blessing for me to sit back this Sunday morning and listen to Jeremy preach on II Corinthians 5:14-21. He spoke on being an ambassador for Christ and it is our time to make that total commitment. He has been a friend of ours for decades and his wife, Amy, even came and spent weeks as a dorm parent in Cometas.

The teams will all leave by today, but Jeremy is staying to study Spanish in Antigua.

Did you know that the word, Love, is mentioned 310 times in the King James Bible and the words Mercy, Merciful and Mercies are mentioned 467 times. I want to be a man of mercy.

I refuse to hate those who have wronged me, and I refuse to not forgive.

The fifth way we are to stand in battle is found in Philippians 4:1where it tells us to stand in love. “Therefore, my brethren dearly beloved and longed for, my joy and crown, so stand fast in the Lord, my dearly beloved”. There is nothing on this earth more powerful than the love of Jesus. It was love, not nails, that kept Hom on the cross.
