Francke. Unbelievable.
Although our meeting with Dr Lou, Chief Administrator of Roosevelt Hospital and his wife was cancelled because he had to meet with the Director of Health, I remember when we met in a restaurant years ago and spoke of the need in Guatemala for a home where poor children with kidney disease could be treated with dialysis and loved with God´s love. God has sent us over 35 ill children. It has been a joy to love God´s children as they are loved and cared for before their trip to heaven.
I gave my testimony to the second Oklahoma team. They were so attentive. I wonder how many times I have given this testimony of God´s love, power and direction in my life.
I need your prayers as I have not felt very good the last 3 days. I need prayer for healing please.
August Francke (1663-1727) had an orphanage of 2000 children in the 17th century and was known as the spiritual grandfather to George Muller who is my hero and lived over 175 years after Francke. He, like Muller, never asked men for anything. Just prayer! What a legacy! The photo above is two of three houses for his orphans.
Jesus is also THE CHIEF CORNERSTONE which means He is our rock of safety. I Peter 2:6, “Wherefore also it is contained in the scripture, Behold, I lay in Sion a chief cornerstone, elect, precious: and he that believeth on Him shall not be confounded. Jesus is the cornerstone which the religious leaders rejected, but which GoWe can rely on Him as our solid foundation. d chose from eternity to build His house, a temple of living stone! Ther scriptures revere to Him as the Foundation, Living Stone, Precious Stone, Rock, Rock of Offense and Stone.
