Government experiment

We are all praying for the restoration of Casa. As you know when Covid hit in 2018 we had over 300 children. Fear among government officials caused them to remove many children from hones like ours and even close homes altogether.
Then they passed laws telling us about rations and soon we needed to hire 5 psychologists, 5 social workers, ratios in every dorm and slowly our population decreased to where we are now in the low 100s. Pray for us to have 200 children and then continue to grow.
The government rules raised our expenses tremendously. We are believing that the government is going to come to their senses and make use of all that Casa has and can offer. I know many of you love us and pray for us and we ask you to pray harder and more often.
As I was writing this the government inspectors came again. Really a pain! Supposedly they are using us as an experiment. One official told us we were the largest private home for children in Guatemala which really surprises me.
The 10th responsibility we have to others is seen in I Peter 4:10, “As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same to one another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God”.
Each believer has received a gift from God and should use it to serve others, acting as a good steward of God´s grace. What spiritual gift God gives you is to be shared with others.
This is a simple example. I love to tell my testimony to those who visit Casa. What and how God did to bring Dottie and I together as 17n year olds for South Louisiana and Arkansas demonstrates exactly what this verse is saying.
