Days off

We had the wildest night. Dottie has this joyful, laughing attitude all the time but last night topped it all. She woke me up and said, “I want you to have a baby. I(Dottie) cannot have another child, and I want another baby girl.”

She laughed and laughed and said I needed to think of the name for the baby. This disease has her in another world of joy and laughter which is unbelievable since she has so many things working against her and cannot even walk or sit up up by herself. What a beautiful attitude she has.

A few minutes after I wrote this she said if Sara had a baby in old age, then I (Mike) could have a child. Even as sick as she is she makes us all laugh. She surely is taking lemons and making lemonade.

The Louisiana team is finishing the painting as well as playing pickle ball and crafts in the afternoons. They also are preparing for a bon fire and smores, etc. for Friday night as a special going away time for the children as they will leave Saturday morning.

The 6th thing God does with our sins when we repent and accept Jesus as Lord and Savior is to throw them as far as the east is from the west. Psalm 103:12, ¨As far as the east is from the west, so far has He removed our transgressions from us. ”If I walk east and you walk west, and we never stop nor turn around think what that means. Our sins will get further and further away. They can never meet up together and certainly never be seen by us again.

Being Easter week the staff has Thursday and Friday off.
