We allowed some of the office staff (psychologists, social workers & clinic personnel) to return but they will not have any contact with the children.

I have a small leadership class & we are studying listening. If everyone would listen to each other instead of formulating an answer before they listen maybe we can get back to a time when there was kindness and understanding.
