Normally we are in the states on the Guatemalan Independence Day and the children here participate in the village with parades, soccer & basketball competition as well as the choice of a queen.

The children had a special Independence Day for all of us. It was awesome

Of course, Hurricane Sally is hitting the Gulf Coast again & fires in the West are even burning entire towns to ashes. Pray for our nation.
