Today we gave a new suit to the 12 seniors that will graduate this year. Five of the 12 began their education here in first grade. Really an achievement!

Our refrigerator went out and of course we had the problem with the stove in the baby dorm. We sure do need a maintenance person. Add this to your list.

The 12 seniors!

Do you ever feel like you are drowning in problems? I must confess to you that the last few months have been difficult for me. Physically, I had the back and leg problems as well as major problems with my teeth. Dottie has had the problems with her eye. Emotionally we lost three more children to death.

Financially the expenses continue to grow. In our family I had a brother-in-law pass away while another was diagnosed with dementia and liver cancer and, yet, a third who suffered a heart attack.

There has been and will be major staff changes and this affects the transition in July.

If you are drowning you need to lift your chin up out of the water. Lifting your chin means that you also lifting your eyes upward. Looking up to Jesus is the only answer to my needs.

Hebrews 12:2 says “Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith”.

Jesus looked up from the cross to talk to His Father. I need to do the same!
