The Alabama team had an outreach today. Another team from Arkansas arrived so I spoke to the visitors who are on campus. There is about 73 of them.
Mario & Mariella want to buy property & that always makes me feel good & proud when they plan ahead like that.
The children made this house with all the dormitories for Dottie & meThe theme for the school assembly was Joshua 24:15 “As for me and my house we will serve the Lord.” When I spoke to the assembly yesterday I also used Psalm 127:1 “Except the Lord build the house we will labor in vain”. I gave the children seven pillars of construction.
- There is the pillar of His word where we build our faith. Faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God. If you do not read the Word and never truly listen to the preaching you will lack the faith you need to be a strong Christian.
- There is a pillar of prayer that builds our trust in him. The more you speak to God the more confidence you will have in what He is saying and attempting to do in your life. If you never talk to God you will lack the confidence to step out on the faith that you are developing.
- There is the pillar of love that builds your bonds. Nothing can separate us from the love of God. The more you love Him and receive His love for you the stronger the glue will be that will hold you in place when your ship is arocking. Love for God is an afterthought to many Christians. Developing love for Him makes the bond tighter and impossible to break.
