How do you see Jesus?

Summer has just begun and we have already had teams from NC, Al, Fl, Tx, Tn, Ga, Ark, Ok & Illinois. We need more Yankees.

I had a first today. Since I am still sick my physician came to the house & cooked a meal for me. Home recipe!

The college boys wanted to make a space for Onessy’s wheel chairMark 6:3 “Is not this the carpenter, the son of Mary, the brother of James, Joses, Juda and Simon? An are not His sisters here with us?”

The world and my kids here at Casa have such a limited view of Jesus. The see Jesus in the natural as the son of Joseph. He was a great guy. He never was a problem. He grew up in a large family and was dedicated to helping his father. He was the older brother who helped his parents with the younger brothers and sisters.

Some see Jesus as the son of Mary. They see Him as the baby wrapped in swaddling clothes in a manger and just a cute, helpless baby. They see Mary carrying Jesus and then they see Jesus fully dedicated to his mother even as He was dying on the cross.

Some see Jesus as a Prophet. Even some cults recognize that Jesus was great but only to the extent that He was a prophet among many prophets. He was honest, faithful, dedicated, loyal to His God and His beliefs.

But others see Jesus for Who He really was. The Savior! They recognize that He was the Son of God and that He paid for our sins with His life on a beastly cross. They see that salvation in through Him and Him alone.

Is He a family member, a son, a prophet or is He the Savior of your soul? It is critical to your eternity as to how you see Him.
