Principles of success #12
Traveling went well arriving in Guatemala at noon & at Casa by 1pm. Although I finished the journal on time I need to do the March financials.
When we began taking the quinceaneras to the hotel they charged $50 a night for 3 girls & now they are under new management they want $125 which means that after 20 years this group of 18 girls cannot go to that hotel. Adam is helping & we will have them stay at his place on the mountain and do an outing a day for 3 days. So sad because that hotel treated our girls like royalty.

The twenty-third principle of success is to practice the Golden Rule. Matthew 7:12 “All things whatsoever you would that men do unto you, do you even unto them”.
It is foolish to be disrespectful to others and expect for them to follow you. Everything in life works both ways. If I give honor I will receive honor and if I give negative vibrations I will receive negative responses. You cannot sow bitterness and reap sweetness. Leaders are not better and the sooner you realize that of yourself the better off you will be.
24) Good speech habits are essential. Colossians 4:6 “Let your speech always be with grace, seasoned with salt, that you may know how to answer every man”. This is very similar to #23. The way you talk to those around you will determine how much of your message you will get into them. Screaming or sarcasm will destroy and not build relationships.
