The Oklahoma team was joined with the West Virginia & Texas teams so we should accomplish so much. God is so good. The Oklahoma team hosted a Bible competition with the teenage boys.

God wants us to give honor where honor is due & the team/construction projects have demonstrated to me how wonderful Alex, Bob, Brandi, Chad, Gretchen and Oscar have coordinated & labored tirelessly to accomplish whatever is required. This is an awesome team.

Proverbs 24:3 “Through wisdom is a house built; and by understanding it is established”.

If I asked you to describe your house how would you describe it? You would probably talk about size, color, number of rooms, type of furniture and maybe the shape of the roof. But 99% of us would never describe the foundation.

Jesus worked at “Joseph and Son Builders”. Christ was a carpenter and until He was 30 years of age there is no way to estimate how many items he constructed with His hands for the people around Him.

He preaches the greatest sermon in history in Matthew 5-7 that we know as the Sermon on the Mount. He has spoken of EVERYTHING we would ever need to know in order to go to heaven and also to live correctly in our natural lifetime.

It in chapter 7:24, “Whosoever hears these sayings OF MINE and does them, I will liken him to a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: and (25) the rain descends, floods came and the winds blew and beat upon that house and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Just wraps up everything He has taught in Matthew 5-6 and 7 in this final parable and His final words of the Sermon on the Mount in verse 24-27. He tells us we must hear and do His Word or our lives will collapse. But He also says rain, wind & floods are coming.

No one is exempt from hardships.
