Principles of Biblical Success #5

For our sponsors I want to share that 5 of our children in the transition home have bought property. Jacob, Edwin & Pablo have done so & both Marlin Estefany & Eddy have built their own homes.

An official from Santiago came & was rude wondering why I paid the land taxes. Being honest seems to be a negative in this area. Mariajose’, Brennon’s wife, went & took care of it today at the municipality.

At 5am we took Michelle for a liver test to determine what can be done about her medication for seizures. After taking blood they told us it had to be sent to Columbia which will take 2 weeks for the results.

Yesterday I was diagnosed with osteoarthritis in my neck. No danger just pain! More reasons to pray!

The scripture in Romans 12:2 says that we are to transform our mind–renew the mind–think differently–better–intelligently…….

So the 10th principle is to awaken each day to a FRESH OUTLOOK. For years we have had nearly 500 children & a few years we stayed above 500. Things began to change when the government started doing things differently–not better–just differently. With their decision to provide adoptions only to Guatemalan couples we quit taking as many babies and toddlers as we did in years gone by. I do not want to be a holding pen for babies.

Then the Lord sent us little Antony with his kidney failure and now the rest is history. NEVER did I imagine Casa would shift to where it would be ministering to the medical needs of children. But ALL THINGS work together for good to those who love God and are called according to His purpose.

What we call a crisis, God ignores. I am striving to get there.

So if you love God He will show you His purpose!!
