Josue’ took a child from the baby dorm to the hospital as she broke her arm. She needs surgery.

Most Christians want to be successful. We have shared a number of principles for you to succeed and #18 is be a GIVER. It amazes me how many folks are actually raised in a church and hear the Word concerning tithong and free will offerings and yet NEVER give. Without a doubt a person who is unwilling to give will be a person who will fall short of the success God desires for him to have.

Giving is the heart of God and if you want to experience His heart you must be a giver. Money is necessary but there are also other areas such a talents. We could never have seen all that God has done down here in Guatemala had it not been for the 1000s of people who have come to Casa and imported their talents and skills.

There has been an unceasing line of carpenters, bricklayers, plumbers, electricians, architects, VBS workers, seamstresses, cooks, painters, office personnel, welders, musicians, etc who ahve made the labor here at Casa so much easier for the children and our staff. Without those givers little would have been accomplished.

Similar to this is #19 “Let us do good to all men” Galatians 6:10. HELPING OTHERS is what God desires of us. The “me, me, me” society in which we live is the age of selfishness. The average person has very little desire to help others. John Kennedy  said that we should not ask what the government can do for us but what we can do for the government. But today it is all about what can others do for me?
