Fernado and Anna

Fernando and Anna were raised here and have moved on. I am happy for them and sad for me.

Fernando dropped by to visit with us and he and his family are doing so good. He has his own business and has an office in Guatemala as well as Mexico and Costa Rica. I am so proud of the man and father he has become.

Yesterday I had breakfast with my son, Tony, while Dottie had therapy. It is such a blessing to get off campus every couple of weeks.

As I have gotten older, I have searched for peace. Peace with God and peace with man. Biblical lessons on peace teach that true peace is a gift from God that comes from trusting Him, letting go of worry through prayer, and living in harmony with others. We need to find rest despite hard times. We need to guard our thoughts and act as a peacemaker.   God is unique. Unique is being one of a kind. Different from all others. Having no equal. Unparalleled and matchless. I Samuel 2:1-2 says, “No one is holy like the Lord! There is no one besides you; there is no Rock like our God. God is unparalleled in your splendor. You are different
