Never complained

It was 2 years ago Dottie had the surgery that left her crippled. Time flies. She has never blamed nor complained about what happened.
Today is Mother´s Day so a few young adults who left Casa and are married will come to celebrate with Dottie.
The Bible describes love as patient, kind and sacrificial. That is what John 3.16 is saying. I Corinthians 13.4-7 says love is selfless action. John 13:34 says to focus on unconditional love.
Quique and I went shopping. He passed all his engineering classes at the university and now starts a new semester.
Dottie wanted us to bring the new 14-month-old baby so she could hold her. Dottie prayed and cried over that child. She is amazing.
Adela puts Dottie at the piano. A visitor brought Dottie a Baptist hymnal and Dottie does her best to play the chords and sing along. When Dottie´s mother was dying in a nursing home and unable to communicate, Dottie and I began singing hymns and after 2 songs her mother began to sing with us. Christian music is so critical to a Christian.
Romans 5:8 “God shows His love for us in that while we were sinners, Christ died for us.” This verse tells me that Jesus loves me despite who I am. God´s love for you is everlasting, unchanging and unconditional. It is proactive. Unfailing love that existed before I was born and continues forever, regardless of our performance, actions or circumstances. This love is characterized by faithful kindness and unending pursuit of us. His love does not ebb and flow. It is the yesterday, today and tomorrow.
“For there is one God, and one MEDIATOR between God and man, the man Christ Jesus.” I Tmothy 2:5. A mediator is a person who serves as a middleman or go between two opposing parties. According to Paul Jesus fills the role of Spiritual Mediator or go between God and mankind. Man by nature is a sinner. In this religious state we are estranged from God who will not tolerate anything that is unholy or unclean. Jesus had divine and human attributes.
