I do not know why it does not publish sometimes on my normal blog. OOP! Orlando looked at my email and phone and they simply wanted me to change my password. I am so dense when it comes to technology. Thank you Orlando!
The dump trucks began coming filled with gravel for the playgrounds. The dust has been terrible so hopefully this will solve the problem. However I can envision the kids throwing the gravel at one other which also is a lot of fun.
I always love teaching young people so the opportunity today to minister at Diedra´s ministry was a blessing. I spoke on “Why have you forsaken Me? ” This is found in Matthew 27:45-49. So many young people feel abandoned, forsaken and alone as families deteriorate. My emphasize was not who you are but who you think you are.
Brother Teddie and Didra dropped by and then I saw him this morning when I taught at his ministry.
I based it on Micah 7:8 “Rejoice not against me oh my enemy because when I fall, I will arise.” At the absolute bottom in my life when our child died, one of three who died I was so broken I said that I was not worthy to preach the Word. I felt like a complete failure. We drove to Houston, got a hotel room, sent the boys to swim and sat on the beds. I felt so unworthy and every scripture I read meant nothing. But then I came to Michah and when I read that scripture, I was so filled with Holy Spirit strength, and I told God that whatever He desired of me I would do everything I could to obey Him. On that bed in Houston the most critical decision was made and the rest is history. Never give up! Arise, obey and be used of God no matter how down you are today. My ministry has been ALLELUIA ACRES in Lake Charles, and I gave it that name so that every time someone spoke that word they were claiming ACRES or simply more LAND. God answered that confession as we had two properties totaling 15 acres in Lake Charles and Moss Bluff. Here in Guatemala, we have nearly 15-20 acres. We now come to the more common use of the word KING and that KING OF THE JEWS as found in Matthew 27:11 “And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked Him, saying, Art thou the KING OF THE JEWS? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.” This question by Pontius Pilate, the Roman official who condemned Jesus to death, appears in all four Gospels. Mark 15:2, Luke 23:3 and John 18:33. The Jewish leaders were very angry by what they considered to be blasphemy. In Matthew 26:63-66 He claimed to be the divine SON OF GOD. They claimed sedition against Rome. The implication that Jesus was plotting the overthrow of the Roman government. Tomorrow I will finish with this name for Jesus.
