Macular degeneration

Dottie has been diagnosed with macular degeneration in both eyes and will require surgery. She certainly has been through the wringer. She had surgery for that in her right eye years ago but it now it has a hole.

The optometrists who came and examined all our children and staff then saw over 100 people from outside our gates.

I gave my testimony Sunday night to the Los Angelos team and they prayed such sweet prayers over Dottie and me.  

Sunday was our son Tony´s birthday and I forgot it. Dottie kept track of all that. I feel terrible!

I read this and want to share it with you. It is wisdom!  “The married want a divorce, while the unmarried want love. Kids rush to grow up while the old just want a little more time. The unknown crave fame while the famous want privacy. The one who walks everyday wants rest while the disabled just wants to stand one more time. Never take anything for granted. Appreciate every single moment life (GOD) gives you.”

“But now is Christ risen from the dead and become the FIRSTFRUITS OF THEM THAT SLEPT” I Corinthians 15:20. This reference to Jesus occurs in the Apostle Paul´s famous passage about the resurrection of Christ and His promise of a similar resurrection for all believers in I Corinthians 15:12-57.

Paul was speaking to those who were saying that resurrection was spiritual and not physical. The first fruits of the harvest were what many Jews thought Paul was referring to. But Paul was speaking of Jesus in His resurrection as the FIRSTFRUITS of a spiritual harvest known as eternal life.
