Adela the Hostess

Adela works so hard for us. She made our anniversary party so special. She takes care of Michelle, Dottie, the house and me. I love her so much for the heart of a servant that she has.

With the three new children we are up to 117 children on campus.

My son Tony and I went and got haircuts and when I returned, I was very weak. I feel a little better today.

It has been a whirlwind 8 days as we celebrated Casa´s anniversary and our marriage anniversary. Things are well here and with the teams coming to begin the dismantling of the playgrounds it is very exciting. The new playgrounds will be put up in a few weeks.

It is exciting with the landscaping as Casa has really undergone a face lift.

The CHILD JESUS is found in Luke 2:43, “And when they had fulfilled after the feast was over, as they returned, the CHILD JESUS tarried behind in Jerusalem; and Joseph and His mother knew no of it.” This part of the only account that we have of the childhood of Jesus.

According to Luke 2:41-52, when Jesus was 12 years old, He made a trip to Jerusalem with His parents. When they were returning with a group back to Nazareth, they discovered that He was missing. Joseph and Mary quickly returned to Jerusalem. They discovered Jesus in the temple among the Jewish scholars and teachers. Everyone was amazed at His spiritual insight. Even as a child Jesus knew He had a special mission from God.
