There is not much going on with Casa besides the day-to-day activities with school and the new college semester which started today. (Saturday) We did have a little celebration to honor the 37th year of the founding of Casa. It was sweet.

One of the best things to happen is Dottie´s mental ability has about 80% returned. We spend time together speaking of the past and praying for the future.

“I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the church. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR.” Revelation 22:216. This is one of the last names of Jesus mentioned in the Bible. This is name associated with a heavenly body and its light.

The people of ancient times did not know much about stars, planets and heavenly bodies as we do today. The birth of Jesus marked the beginning of a new day. What greater way to greet the dawning of a new day than to breathe a prayer of thanks to God for sending His BRIGHT AND MORNING STAR into the world. II Peter 1:19 says “DAY STAR¨.
