At CASA Aleluya, the safety and well-being of our children and community is our top priority. As a best-practice safety measure, we conduct background checks for all visitors before they enter our facilities.
This process is quick, secure, and helps us maintain a safe environment for everyone. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
❗Effective January 1, 2026
All visitors to CASA Aleluya will be required to complete a background check prior to their visit.
If you already have a current background check on file through your church, that may be sufficient for your trip to Casa.
Please email proof of your background check to teams@casaaleluya.org and haylee.collins@casaaleluya.org for review.
If you do not have proof of a background check (or have not completed one), you will be required to complete a background check before coming to Casa.
How to Complete Your Background Check

You’ll be directed to Sterling, our trusted background check provider.
② Complete the Application
Fill out the required information and submit payment for the background check.
③ Confirmation Sent Automatically
Once completed, your results will be automatically sent to CASA at hello@casaaleluya.org
④ You’re All Set!
We’ll review your results and contact you to schedule your visit.
You’ll be redirected to Sterling’s secure platform
Important Information
☑️ Cost: All background check costs are covered by the applicant, not CASA.
☑️ Required Before Visit: Your background check must be completed and approved before you can visit our facilities.
☑️ Additional Checks: CASA reserves the right to request updated background checks at any time or to run additional checks if concerns arise.
