Silver dollar pancakes

Michelle with Sue and Larry.

Shandi is doing an excellent job with Dottie as Adela is in collage all day on Saturday.

One of Larry´s specialties is cooking silver dollar pancakes so i8yesterday he brought Dottie and I a large platter full. He cooked them twice this week for his entire team.

The NC team had taco soup and came to eat it in our house Friday night with Dottie and those who live with us. They left Saturday morning, but they do not get to North Carolina and their homes until around midnight.

The summer visitors are about through as we have only one woman scheduled to come in August. It was the best summer for the children in a very long time due to Covid and other government restrictions. I believe that we had a good summer with teams and both the children, and the team members were blessed.

Saturday, I played with the toddlers and just had a blast.

YAHWEH-SHALOM is one of the most used names for God that we as Christians refer to God. The meaning is the Lord of Peace. Isaiah 9:6 says that Jesus is the Prince of Peace. Shalom is a Hebrew word with a rich meaning encompassing peace, wholeness, well-being and completeness. It is used as a greeting by Jewish people.

Shalom is a blessing, a manifestation of divine grace. It signifies a state of prosperity, of blessed harmony, both physically and spiritual. It is the opposite of war, strife or social tension.
