Dottie´s smile
Dottie loved her birthday.
I am going to repeat yesterday´s blog ben there was trouble posting yesterday.
28th: Dottie enjoyed the birthday party, and we were all willing to make it special.
I have gathered so many shirts over the years that I began Saturday allowing all the older boys to each choose two shirts or jackets. We used to get so many clothes in the shipping containers but have not have shipments in 6 years. Plus, I just wanted to bless the older boys.
Problem is they are even choosing some of my LSU embroidered shirts and jackets. I guess that God is testing my heart.
A major change is coming as Mario and Mariella are moving to the baby dorm and Libby will take control of the Estrelita girls. This will allow Mariela to take charge of all our bodegas and daily purchases.
Sunday was parent´s visitation so they came to Bible. This is something that is very successful in the relationship between parents and our staff.
I have chosen 14 purposes of the Bible and today we will look at number 7 which is the Bible keeps our heart clean. John 15:3 says, “Now you are clean through the Word which I have spoken to you”.
When I was in high school and then between semesters in college, I worked offshore or in a junk yard. I really cannot tell you which one was the dirtiest. But I would bathe, and it was so good to be clean. That is what it is to read the Bible. It gets all the oil, grime and filth out of your life. You just soak in the words of Jesus and the Holy Spirit. God is so good to give us that opportunity.
29th: The birthday party was such a success as Dottie was able to stay in her chair for 2 hours eating, taking pictures and enjoying her children. As many of you know my update did not publish everywhere so I am resending Monday´s post.

Dottie loves for the children to come and hug her. The boys come nearly every day and pray for her and then hug her. All the other kids come once a week to pray and hug her.
