“As Mike Clark’s secretary while he was Pastor Aleluya Acres in Lake Charles, LA, I was able to see God work to move him from his work in the United States to reaching and helping the abused and abandoned children in Guatemala. When he felt God’s calling in Guatemala, I wanted to help him fulfill his calling.

As I walked into the children’s home for the first time, it was evident how these children had grown beyond the culture surrounding them. The children just hugged and loved on me and I knew this was a special place. Casa became even more special when my daughter was able to adopt a 10yr old boy from Casa. The work at Casa is life changing for children and everyone involved in this ministry.”

Debbie continues to give leadership to organizational financial matters, and along with her daughter (Lori), handle state-side coordination for short-term mission teams preparing to visit Casa.  They also give leadership to communication with the extended Casa family – individuals, organizations and churches who generously support the Kingdom project that is Casa Aleluya.
